I locked back in, got to work, and aimed even HIGHER. And the next one I approached was ready to do the deal before I even had the paperwork drawn up!

My journey started around age 7 with a love for music.

My cousin wanted to rap, so I did too.
But in 2003, getting beats and making videos wasn’t easy. So I learned how to do both. Actually… I learned to do it all.
By 13, I was a one-stop shop.

All through school I dropped mixtape after mixtape, chasing the dream of being the next big thing. The passion for music never left. The ear is still sharp but somewhere along the way, things shifted.

In 2016, I made my first documentary, “The College Dropout Too”.
It started off about an album I was making… but when I finished it, I felt something different. I’d made about 13 projects before that but none felt as fulfilling as that film.

When I got to @westconn I planned to major in music. But film kept calling. So I pivoted. I studied. I sharpened my skills.

By the time I graduated, I launched Stro Studios and started booking gigs. But it wasn’t moving how I thought (That’s how it goes sometimes).

Fast forward to now , I finally got the opportunity to go all in.
But it’s not just about me anymore. I’m a husband. A father. Life has real weight now.
Still, like my Dad always told me:
“You’re a Strother. And Strothers don’t quit.”

So I buckled down and locked in!
